Where the city of gold is hidden (The City of Gold)

Earth is a mysterious planet. Man has so far conquered the moon, which is far away from the earth. Even thinking of being on Mars. But many of the mysteries of the world remain unknown to man. The name of such a big mysterious place is Amazon.

Amazon Rain Forest

Located in South America, this forest is said to be the largest rain forest in the world. There are 40,000 species of plants, two and a half million species of insects, about one and a half thousand species of birds and about twelve hundred species of animals. Although people entered the Amazon, there are some places on the Amazon where human footprints have not yet been found.

The Amazon Forest is the world's largest equatorial forest in the Amazon River Basin, comprising nine countries in the northern part of South America. Its area is about five and a half million square kilometers. The Amazon Forest is extremely inaccessible. Since ancient times, explorers have traveled to the Amazon in search of gold, silver and wealth.

Eldorado

Portuguese explorers believed that in this vast forest was hidden a secret city called Eldorado which was completely wrapped in gold and made of gold. This misconception comes from Greek mythology where the secret city of Eldorado is guarded by a class of special female warriors who are referred to in the story as the Amazon. Moreover, there are legends that this city of Eldorado is guarded by a kind of black hairy jaguar.

The City of Gold

The Amazon is called a rainforest, but that doesn't mean it's raining all year round. Rather the rainforest is called for its humidity and rainfall and hot weather. There are 120 feet high trees in this forest. And a combination of diverse species of animals. The ecosystem of this forest is so strong that it has survived for millions of years. About 20% of the world's oxygen supply comes from the Amazon jungle, which is why the Amazon is called the lungs of the earth.
